Position Overview
Reilly Chunn - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
